  24. See my other reply on this one, but this sounds very like what was happening
  25. to me with my first Zip drive. Does your drive give a "clunk-clunk" sound when
  26. you try to format or save changes?

  28. If it does it's probably a damaged head, time to get in touch with IOMEGA :-(
